FUN PLANET ONLINE BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Welcome and thank you for visiting us. 

  • We cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to complete your activity if you or any guests in your group are late.

  • In the unforeseen circumstance that Fun Planet has encountered technical issues, your start time may run later than the confirmed start time. (Sometimes our equipment has a mind of its own)

  • Guests will not be permitted into the venue if deemed intoxicated

  • Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

  • No refunds will be given for a change of mind. This includes partial or full refunds.

  • To change a booking, you can do so by emailing our team with as much notice as possible prior to the booking. Changes to an existing booking are subject to availability and price. Guests may incur additional costs depending on the revised day/time/venue of the booking and be required to pay any difference on arrival.

  • All tickets purchased via this Website are non-refundable and are not available for exchange, unless required by law.

  • Planet Pass preloaded tickets can not be combined with another play card

COVID GUARANTEE

  • If we are unable to operate your booking due to a government mandated closure, you will be entitled to a full refund, re-schedule or in store credit.

  • CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (Vaccination requirements)

All guests aged 18 and over MUST be able to present their proof of vaccination.

  • A person with a valid medical exemption from vaccination will be permitted entry.

  • Face Masks must be worn at all times unless a medical exemption applies.

  • Bookings will not be refunded if there is non-compliance with the above

  • QR Check in, or recording of your details is a condition of entry

 

REFUNDS

  • Refunds for a change of mind for any other reason are not provided, you may be entitled to a refund if you cancel early. 

  • If you cancel 7 days or more ahead of your booking, a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee can be requested, or a 100% credit will be put to your Fun Planet account to be used within 12 months

  • If you cancel 6 days or less ahead of your booking date, you may request a refund less 50% cancellation fee, OR a 100% venue credit put to your Fun Planet account to be used within 12 months

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be provided a 100% venue credit valid for 12 months

  • If you do not show up to your booking, your booking will be cancelled and no refund will be provided

As space is at a premium, once you have made your booking, other people no longer have the ability to book the space you have. We understand there can be extenuating circumstances, we are happy to hear them and make other decisions on a case by case basis.
