Returns Guarantee

So you've bought something from us and you aren't quite happy with it? No problem.

We will always gladly exchange the item or refund your money, it's your choice. PLUS, we will also give you a AUD $10 gift voucher valid for a year, so that hopefully you will give us another chance.

Here are the finer details of how our returns work:


1. You receive an item and you are not happy.

Maybe we accidentally sent you the wrong item (almost never), maybe it was damaged in the mail (rarely), maybe you had selected the wrong version (sometimes). Regardless, unfortunately sometimes we aren't perfect (hard to believe, we know) but we will do everything we can to fix it.
 

2. So you contact us.

Please either use our contact form or send us an email at sales@funplanet.com.au and tell us whether you would like an exchange or refund (no need to get mad, we are a very reasonable bunch.)


3. We will reply within 24 hours at the latest.

We will get back to you ASAP. We will then request that you mail your item back to us at:

This will cost you about AUD $3 within Australia and AUD $7 from overseas. We ask that you pay for return postage so that only people with genuine returns will do so. But don't worry, we will gladly reimburse you for this with a $10 gift voucher (see next step).


4. We receive your item.

Then we will either send you a replacement item or fully refund your money depending on what you chose. We will also include a $10 gift voucher that you can use on any of our items valid for 1 year. This is to reimburse you for the return postage, for your inconvenience, and to shamelessly hope that you will come back and give us another chance.


5. You are now a happy customer again (hopefully).

Then we hope that you will tell all your friends how wonderful we are.

That's it. Fast and easy. You won't need to argue to get your money back, just let us know. And with any luck you will only very rarely need to return something to us anyway.
