How do I contact you?

So what stuff do you sell?
We currently only sell DVDs and video games (such as Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, etc) that are brand new and distributed for sale in Australia. Please feel free to Contact Us if you can't find the title you are searching for on our site.
How do I place an order?
- Simply find the item you are after by using our search box or browsing through the categories on the left hand side.
- Then click on the bright green boxes to "Add Items to Cart" and continue shopping.
- When you are finished, click on the "Checkout" box on the right hand side of the page, where you will be asked for your delivery and payment details.
Simple!
Can I order something not listed on the site?
Yes, we source our titles from multiple Australian distributors so there's a good chance we can find rare DVDs or games for you. Please email us at sales@funplanet.com.au if there is a particular title you are looking for.
Can I buy from you in bulk?
Yes, all orders over AUD $250 will receive a further 5% discount. Please email us at sales@funplanet.com.au for further information.
How do I pay you?
We currently only accept payments by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), however we will be introducing more options in the near future.
What is included in your prices?
The prices you see on our site include 10% GST and FREE delivery by regular post within Australia. Express Post and International Shipping is also available for a small fee, you can read more on our Shipping Options page.
Why are some products on special?
Sometimes we place items on sale to clear stock (we hate stocktaking!), or when we receive particularly good deals from the distributors. A good tip is to check our Sale Items regularly as these change from day to day.
Will you match prices if I see it cheaper elsewhere?
The answer is Yes Yes Yes! - Provided it is for an equivalent product (brand new, Australian versions) and being sold by an Australian registered business either online or in store. We do not match prices if your 2nd cousin's kickboxing buddy has a spare DVD he'll trade you for $2 and a lollipop.
Tell me about postage and delivery within Australia.
Simple - it's FREE and already included in the price of items, and will be shipped by Regular Post within Australia. You can also select Express Post for an additional $2 for unlimited items within Australia.
Do you deliver to addresses outside Australia?
Yes, we can deliver to any address outside Australia for the small cost of AUD $7 for unlimited items. Please note that international deliveries will take longer (approx 10 working days) and you should be careful to check product compatibility before ordering.
